The aging population in our congregations is growing more quickly than ever before. There’s chronic illnesses, caregiving difficulties, advanced care planning issues, and grief and loss of different kinds for all members. You want to help. State of the Heart Hospice can help you be that caring and well informed servant you want to be.
Will you be our contact for your congregation? State of the Heart will give you a few hours of training and help you set up a small education center in your church. Then you will be able to answer basic questions from hurting families or deliver literature to them or call me for more help from our clinical care team.
