Get Tee’d Up Fore State of the Heart Hospice

Mark your calendar for our 17^th annual golf outing – Get Tee’d Up Fore State of the Heart, sponsored by Midmark Corporation. This year’s outing will be held at the Mercer County Elks on Friday, June 1, 2012, beginning with lunch at noon and followed by a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start.

As a nonprofit, we rely on our golf outing each year to help fund our special programs. These include Camp BEARable, music therapy, free grief support for our patient families and the community, and end-of-life care for individuals regardless of their ability to pay.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year – please help make it the most successful ever!
